Zataar Man’oushi kit contains a pouch filled with the flour mix, the Zataar jar which is freshly mixed wild thyme with sumac, sesame seeds, and salt. The recipe is on the outside of the pouch all You have to do is follow the recipe. If you find the flour mix needs more water you can gradually add more until you have a soft dough.
