Amoul’s Supper Club Menu

Mezze

No Lebanese table is ever complete without a vibrant Mezze spread, showcasing the rich flavours and traditions of our cuisine. A bowl of fresh, zesty Tabbouleh, smokey and creamy Baba ghanouj, golden-baked spinach Fatayer, delicate Labneh Fatayer and sautéed Hindbeh with caramelised onions-all come together to create a perfect harmony of textures and tastes. This iconic selection is more than just food; it’s a celebration of Lebanon’s culinary heritage, meant to be shared and savoured.

Choice of Mains

Meat option: Djaj Maa Koussa warak Enab (Stuffed chicken, Zucchini and vine leaves) served with a cucumber, yoghurt and mint dip.

A true taste of my hometown, this dish was the heart of our family’s Sunday lunches, cherished across all of Marjeyoune. While its ingredients may seem simple, the flavours are nothing short of extraordinary. It’s a slow-cooked masterpiece, where delicate layers of rolled and stuffed vine leaves, tender baby zucchini’s filled to perfection and succulent poussin, all generously packed with a fragrant mixture of rice, minced meat and warm spices come together in one pot. The result is a dish that embodies tradition, love, and the unmistakable taste of home.

Fish option: Tagen el Samak w batata Harra (Tahini-Baked Fish with a side of spicy potatoes)

This flavourful dish brings together succulent fish steaks, caramelised onions, rich and creamy tahini, toasted pine nuts for a perfect balance of taste and texture. Every bite is a harmony of tender fish, nutty depth, and subtle sweetness creating an irresistible combination. Served with a side of crispy, spicy potatoes, this dish is both comforting and deeply satisfying- a true celebration of bold flavours and wholesome ingredients.

Vegan option: Vegan Stuffed Cabbage Rolls (Malfoof Mehshi Bzeit)

This vibrant vegan dish showcases tender cabbage leaves wrapped around a flavourful filling of rice, juicy tomatoes, onions and fresh parsley. Gently seasoned with lemon and oil, the rolls are slow cooked to perfection, allowing the ingredients to infuse with rich, tangy depth. Paired with a crisp cabbage and beetroot salad, tossed in a zesty dressing of garlic, lemon and extra virgin olive oil, this dish is a perfect harmony of warmth and freshness.

Desserts

Lebanese hospitality shines through its desserts and aromatic drinks. Delicate, flaky Baklawa, layered with nuts and syrup, and pillowy Atayef, filled with sweet cream or nuts, offer the perfect indulgence.

To accompany these treats, there’s Cafe’ Blanc- a soothing infusion of hot water scented with orange blossom- or rich, bold Lebanese coffee, infused with the warm spice of cardamon. A perfect ending to a flavourful feast.

Enjoy it all with your choice from a selection of Lebanese wine, Arak, homemade lemonade and Shrab el Toot (Mulberry cordial).
